You have reached the end!

Together, we’ve explored the emotions tied to climate change including worry, anxiety, guilt, anger, and hope, and how they shape our response to this global challenge.

You’ve learned about how different emotional responses to climate change emerge as a result of exposures, life course and developmental factors, the ways that climate change impacts some populations disproportionately and can worsen existing inequities, and the intersection of all these factors.

We’ve examined the connections behind climate impacts and their psychological effects, alongside practical strategies for resilience and well-being.

Finally, we explored the responsibilities of professionals in helping support mental health in the context of climate change.

It is our hope that in exploring each of these areas, you will now be ready to go forward with an increased capacity and commitment to support healthy and resilient communities.
